This person will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience from intake to completion, managing program delivery across 100+ customer accounts, and driving continuous improvements to our internal systems and processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Training, Onboarding, and Sales teams to ensure each Private Academy experience is seamless, repeatable, and impactful.

This Project Manager role lives within the project management arm of the Granicus’Short Term Rental Solutions (STRS)Implementation Team and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. As a Project Manager, you’ll be key partner in the successful rollout of projects across our customer base. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for helping customers reach their strategic objectives.
